I have come to describe my personal and professional journey as both unpredictable and fortuitous. This path has led me to believe that being able to identify, manage and often tolerate feelings and relational challenges is the single most important factor to living a meaningful and successful life. As a child and young adult, I lacked the skills to tolerate feelings and face conflict with people in my life. So as to make sense of the world, I threw myself into science and studied neuroscience, biology and chemistry for many years. The more I learned, the more I felt there was still so much missing. All of my education was not teaching me how to have deep and lasting connections with the people around me. The disconnection I was living with became so overwhelming that I started seeking answers elsewhere. On this leg of my journey, I crossed paths with a relationship guru, Lori Jean Glass . She is now my coaching mentor and a dear friend. My goal is to help people increase their emotional intelligence, develop a deeper relationship with themselves and learn to lean into rather than away from conflict.
